Part-Time Land Administrative Assistant
Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Land Administrative Assistant to support our growing land investment business. This role is responsible for organizing property records, maintaining databases, managing transaction files, and ensuring all land-related documentation is accurately stored and easily accessible. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technology-savvy, and experienced in creating and enforcing property and file naming conventions across multiple projects.

Schedule: Part-Time (flexable)

Location: Remote

Land Investing Software & Platform Experience

Knowledge or previous experience with the following platforms is highly preferred:

LGPass
GeekPay
Nerdy Panda
Airtable
Google Drive and Google Workspace

Facebook Marketplace
AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Nerdy Panda, and similar platforms

Candidates with previous experience using these systems in a Land Geek or vacant land investing environment will receive priority consideration.

Land Investing Software & Platform Experience

Website Development & Maintenance
Maintain and update the company website, including property listings, pricing, availability, images, and property information.
Make routine website content updates and corrections as needed.
Assist with website development, design improvements, and functionality updates.
Ensure website information is accurate, current, and consistent with Airtable and other business systems.
Troubleshoot basic website issues and coordinate with outside developers or service providers when necessary.
Assist with implementing website improvements that enhance the customer and buyer experience.
Experience with website builders, CMS platforms, WordPress, or similar website technologies is preferred.
