Schedule: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time

ABOUT THE ROLE

Freedom Land Investments is a U.S.-based land investment company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Texting VA to manage our outbound texting operation.

You will help prepare and launch texting campaigns, communicate with landowners, identify potential sellers, and submit qualified opportunities into our CRM.

This is not a cold-calling position, and you will not be responsible for negotiating or closing deals.

We have a detailed SOP, approved message templates, and a clearly defined workflow. Training will be provided.

We're looking for someone who can follow a process, communicate naturally with U.S. landowners, stay organized, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare texting batches from larger contact lists
• Upload and organize contacts in Smarter Contact
• Create and launch outbound texting campaigns
• Monitor and respond to incoming seller messages
• Confirm ownership and willingness to sell
• Follow approved messaging and response guidelines
• Submit properties for pricing review
• Send preliminary price ranges provided by the acquisitions manager
• Identify sellers who show meaningful interest in our pricing
• Handle basic responses and objections according to our SOP
• Enter qualified opportunities into our CRM
• Maintain accurate contact stages, tags, and notes
• Schedule acquisition calls when appropriate
• Escalate unusual or potentially valuable opportunities

You will not be responsible for determining property values or independently negotiating purchase prices.

Previous experience as a VA or with U.S. real estate, texting/chat support, Smarter Contact, GoHighLevel, or other CRM systems is preferred but not required.

Previous experience working overnight or U.S. business hours is strongly preferred.

SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week

11:00 AM–7:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time

This corresponds approximately to:

11:00 PM–7:00 AM Philippine Time during U.S. daylight saving time

12:00 AM–8:00 AM Philippine Time during U.S. standard time

The position follows U.S. Eastern Time, so the Philippines schedule shifts by one hour when U.S. clocks change.

COMPENSATION

$4.25 USD/hour

This is a long-term, full-time position.

There will be a performance and compensation review after 30 days based on reliability, communication, accuracy, and ability to manage the workflow independently.
