JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented LMS & Content Integration VA to help build and organize the Foundation Membership inside our online Academy.

This role involves managing course uploads, formatting digital products, structuring content inside LearnDash, and maintaining our MemberPress digital vault. You will be working directly with the CEO and Operations Team to upload new training materials, PLR products, and digital assets each week.

Your Responsibilities:

Upload courses, lessons, and modules into LearnDash

Format content for a clean, professional learning experience

Upload digital products into MemberPress Downloads

Download PLR content from Entrepedia.co, reformat, reorganize, and prepare for upload

Remove old PLR branding and apply FourAm Academy formatting standards (training provided)

Organize course materials, files, and directories in Google Drive

Assist with content cleanup, text formatting, lesson structure, thumbnails, and descriptions

Perform Quality Assurance checks on all uploaded materials

Collaborate with the Operations Team inside WP Project Manager

Required Skills:

Strong experience with WordPress

Hands-on experience with LearnDash or other LMS platforms

MemberPress or membership-site experience

Ability to reformat PLR content (PDFs, documents, templates)

Basic Canva skills for simple graphics (preferred)

Strong English and attention to detail

Ability to follow SOPs and complete tasks on time

Tech-savvy, organized, and able to manage multiple content uploads each week
