We are a U.S.-based firm managing training, contract services, and administrative support programs for clients globally. Our legal division supports administrative mediation, case filing, legal documentation, compliance-related filings, and other legal-administrative functions.
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-directed Legal Associate to support legal documentation, research, case filing, document review, and internal legal project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Review legal documents, formal letters, contracts, and administrative materials for accuracy, grammar, formatting, and consistency.
Assist with preparing and filing documentation related to mediation, dispute resolution, compliance, and client project requirements.
Conduct legal research and verify references, citations, and supporting information using approved sources.
Organize, classify, maintain, and update internal records, project files, legal archives, and document trackers.
Support the formatting, editing, and preparation of legal, contractual, proposal, and administrative documents.
Prepare document summaries, draft
Monitor legal filing deadlines, project timelines, calendar items, and coordination tasks for internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
JD, Bachelor’s degree in Law, or equivalent legal education. Bar admission is preferred but not required.
Minimum of two years of experience working in a law firm, legal office, or corporate legal setting.
AI/Automation Tools: Experience using ChatGPT or other generative AI tools for research, drafting, or proofreading is a plus.
Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English; C1 or C2 proficiency is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; advanced Adobe PDF tools; and online case management platforms.
Personality Traits: Highly detail-oriented, organized, self-directed, and able to handle confidential data with discretion. Must be highly time-conscious and punctual.
Working Conditions
This is a remote, full-time position. Candidates must have a stable internet connection, a reliable computer, a backup power source, and a quiet work environment suitable for professional work.
The selected candidate must be willing to work graveyard-shift hours based on U.S. time zones. Occasional flexibility may be required, including work on weekends or U.S. holidays, depending on project deadlines.
