LEAD GENERATION & SKIP TRACING SPECIALIST (REAL ESTATE / STR)
100% Remote | Part-Time | USD $6/hour + Performance Incentives

ABOUT THIS ROLE
CinRetta Digital Marketing Services is looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Lead Generation & Skip Tracing Specialist to support one of our US-based real estate clients.
If you enjoy deep research, have a strong eye for data accuracy, and want to build your career in the short-term rental (STR) and real estate industry, this opportunity is for you.
This is a part-time, fully remote role paid in USD with performance incentives for strong output.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead Generation & List Building
- Research and identify short-term rental (STR) properties across platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and Zillow
- Build clean, structured lead lists that include owner names, phone numbers, email addresses, and property addresses
- Maintain and regularly update the lead database to keep it accurate and ready for outreach at all times

Skip Tracing & Data Research
- Locate accurate and up-to-date contact details for property owners using skip tracing methods
- Use tools such as PropStream, BatchLeads, or similar platforms
- Cross-reference multiple sources to verify data reliability before submission
- Validate and clean all data before handing off to the sales team
- Identify and implement improvements to research workflows over time

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required:
- Proven experience in lead generation, list building, or data research
- Strong attention to detail — accuracy is non-negotiable in this role
- Highly organized and able to manage your own workload independently
- Comfortable working in the US time zone
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Strong Google research skills, including public records and manual sourcing

Nice to Have:
- Background in real estate, property management, or the short-term rental (STR) industry
- Hands-on experience with skip tracing tools and techniques
- Familiarity with PropStream, BatchLeads, or similar platforms
