Location Requirement:
Must reside in Lapu-Lapu / Mactan
Applicants from Cebu City or Mandaue are welcome if willing to travel to our Lapu-Lapu office
-- Purchase Order Officer--
We are hiring a detail-oriented Purchase Order Officer to support our operations team.
Responsibilities:
Purchase materials required by plumbers and electricians
Ensure deliveries align with scheduled jobs
Create and balance purchase orders against invoices
Monitor supplier pricing
Update products and pricing in our system
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
Good numerical and organizational skills
Experience in purchasing or inventory management preferred
--Admin Staff (With CSR Support Duties)--

Responsibilities:
Assist with purchase discrepancies
Support debt collection processes
Handle customer service calls and
Provide general administrative support
