Looking for an L2 MSP Support Technician in the Philippines
I’m looking for a fluent English-speaking Level 2 IT Support Technician in the Philippines to support HI Tech Hui clients as part of our MSP team.
The top priority is finding someone who can take ownership of more complex technical issues, support escalations, and help keep client environments running smoothly. This may include Microsoft 365 administration, workstation and server troubleshooting, networking issues, user account management, ticket escalations, documentation, and remote support.
I need someone who can troubleshoot confidently, communicate clearly with clients and tea ---------- mbers, and follow issues through to resolution. The right person should be able to work independently, know when to ask questions, and care about both the technical solution and the customer experience. The successful tea ---------- mber will provide technical expertise and exceptional customer service. Applicants must possess some type of IT degree or certification and have at least 7 years of progressively difficult on the job experience.
