# Klaviyo Specialist — Email Strategy, Design & Execution

**Full-time | Remote | Long-term | No agencies**
**Salary: $500–$800 USD per month | Approximately 36-40 hours per week**

Amelia Sieraden is a growing European jewellery brand. We’re looking for an experienced Klaviyo specialist who combines strong strategy, professional email design and fast execution.

We have existing flows, products and creative assets. We need someone who can take ownership, refresh our email identity and start delivering improvements from the first week, with the ability to work across multiple accounts.

## What you’ll do

- Improve and redesign our existing flows, fix triggers, filters and segmentation, and add missing emails.
- Create weekly campaigns, including copy, design, Klaviyo setup and quality checks.
- Lead a complete visual refresh of our emails and build reusable templates.
- Create clear offers, effective CTA placement and polished mobile layouts.
- Produce both designed and text-based emails where appropriate.
- Research customers and competitors, launch A/B tests and improve performance.
- Monitor deliverability, conversion, revenue and repeat purchases.

## Who we’re looking for

- 3+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience with Shopify/DTC brands.
- Strong copywriting and design skills, preferably using **Figma**.
- A portfolio showing emails you personally created.
- A solid understanding of customer journeys, conversion and retention.
- Someone proactive, reliable and comfortable working independently.
- Efficient use of modern tools, including AI, with careful human review.

**Our priorities are design quality, execution speed and ownership.** We expect clear offers, readable emails, well-placed CTA buttons and properly tested flows. Research and planning should happen alongside implementation, with visible progress every week and no need for repeated reminders.

## Design sample

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to send a sample showing **how they would design the first welcome email for Amelia Sieraden**.

A mockup in Figma or another design tool is sufficient. **There’s no need to build it in Klaviyo or make changes to our existing flow.**

We want to see how your design aligns with our brand and how you structure the copy, imagery, offer and CTA. Include a short explanation of your choices.
