JOB OVERVIEW

We run a premium decorative lighting brand on Shopify with a global customer base.

Email is one of our main revenue channels, and we’re looking for a top-tier Klaviyo operator to own it.

This is not a beginner role.
If you haven’t directly driven meaningful revenue through email, this is not for you.

Who we’re looking for
- 3+ years hands-on Klaviyo experience (you built and owned flows yourself)
- You can clearly quantify your impact (revenue %, recovery rates, CVR lifts)
- You are data-driven and track performance without being asked
- You have solved deliverability issues, not just avoided them
- You are comfortable with SMS as part of the strategy

- Full flow architecture
- Campaign planning and execution
- Segmentation and A/B testing
- Deliverability
- SMS
- Weekly revenue reporting

You own the channel end-to-end. No handholding.
