We are hiring a Klaviyo Lifecycle Specialist to take ownership of our

You will work within an established marketing system and improve it through better segmentation, testing, and lifecycle strategy.
What You Will Own
You will be responsible for improving:
Flow performance and revenue
Email
Repeat purchase behavior
Overall lifecycle effectiveness
This is a performance-driven role with real ownership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Flow Optimization (Immediate Priority)
Improve existing flows using:
conditional splits
segmentation
timing optimization
Focus on performance improvement, not rebuilding from scratch
2. A/B Testing (Weekly Execution)
Run ongoing A/B tests across flows and campaigns
Test subject lines, messaging structure, timing, and segmentation
Track results and apply learnings
3. Flow Expansion & Cleanup
Review additional flows and identify opportunities
Improve or rebuild based on performance gaps
Prioritize based on revenue impact
4. Campaign Support (Selective)
Improve segmentation and targeting for campaigns
Support execution when needed (not primary focus)
5. Reporting & Insights
Provide weekly performance updates
Clearly communicate:
what improved
what did not work
what will be tested next
How We Work
You will focus on performance, logic, and testing
Copy and brand voice are handled by our internal copy team
Creative assets are provided when needed
You will work closely with our team but have independent ownership of your work
Requirements
3+ years experience with Klaviyo
Strong experience building and optimizing
Experience with segmentation and lifecycle marketing
Experience running A/B tests
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to think critically and improve systems (not just follow instructions)

Compensation & Hours
Hourly Rate: $10–$14/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 20 hours per week
This role follows a consistent daily schedule of approximately 4 hours per day, 5 days per week.
We require:
2–3 hours of overlap daily with our team for communication
reliable, consistent availability during agreed working hours
