JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
- I run a freelance business and need a Klaviyo expert to build and manage email marketing inside Klaviyo for a brand I'm supporting — from campaigns to automated flows to audience segmentation.

What You'll Do
- Build emails directly in Klaviyo (using provided designs/copy)
- Set up and optimize automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.)
- Build and maintain audience segments based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement
- Manage campaign scheduling and sending (when needed)
- Help monitor performance metrics (open rate, click rate, revenue per email)
- Troubleshoot deliverability, formatting, or integration issues within Klaviyo

Must-Haves
- Deep, hands-on experience with Klaviyo — not just "familiar with," but confident building complex flows and segments independently
- Understanding of email marketing fundamentals (deliverability, list hygiene, segmentation strategy)
- Experience turning a design/copy into a functional Klaviyo email template
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
- Detail-oriented — this role requires accuracy in setup (wrong triggers/segments cost real money)

Nice-to-Haves
- Klaviyo certification
- Experience with Shopify or another ecommerce platform integrated with Klaviyo
- Basic HTML/CSS for email troubleshooting, when needed
- Experience with A/B testing in Klaviyo
