JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing ecommerce skincare and body care company looking for an experienced Email and SMS Marketing Specialist to help increase revenue through Klaviyo campaigns, automated funnels, and marketing optimization.
This role will focus on email and SMS marketing strategy, copywriting, and Shopify optimization, while also supporting paid advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate has strong e-commerce marketing experience, excellent English writing skills, and understands how to build marketing funnels that convert.
Responsibilities

Email & SMS Marketing
• Build and manage Klaviyo email campaigns
• Create automated email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back etc)
• Write high-converting email and SMS copy
• Segment audiences and optimize campaigns
• Analyze performance and improve conversions
Shopify Website Optimization
• Update product pages and landing pages
• Improve website conversion and user experience
• Assist with product organization and site efficiency
Paid Advertising Support
• Assist with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
• Support Pinterest advertising campaigns
• Help analyze ad performance and creative A/B testing
Requirements
• Strong experience with Klaviyo email marketing
• Experience working with Shopify e-commerce stores
• Excellent English writing and copywriting skills
• Understanding of email funnels and customer journeys
• Familiarity with Meta Ads and Pinterest Ads
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
• Experience with SMS marketing campaigns
• Experience with Etsy, Faire, or Tik-Tok Shop
• Basic understanding of conversion optimization

Compensation:
Starting rate: $5 USD per hour
After the first 90 days, compensation will be reviewed based on performance.
Candidates who demonstrate strong results in email marketing, campaign performance, and e-commerce optimization may be eligible for an increase to $8–$10 USD per hour.
This role has the potential to become a long-term position with increasing responsibility and compensation as the company grows.
Applicants with strong Klaviyo and e-commerce marketing experience may be considered for a higher starting rate.
