JOB OVERVIEW

We are a 7-figure e-commerce company based in Sweden, operating multiple Shopify stores across international DTC markets.
We’re looking for a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our email marketing across multiple brands.
This is a performance-driven role focused on revenue, retention, and growth — not just sending newsletters.

You must be proactive, self-driven, and able to take initiative.

What You’ll Do
- Set up and structure Klaviyo accounts from scratch
- Build and scale flows: Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Browse, Post-Purchase, Win-Back
- Create campaigns that drive revenue and repeat purchases
- Handle segmentation based on behavior, purchase history, engagement, and GEOs
- Write high-converting copy and design engaging emails
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, offers, and structure
- Monitor performance: open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue
- Manage list health: cleaning, re-engagement, deliverability
- Adapt emails across multiple brands, markets, and languages
- Continuously improve performance
- Produce weekly reports

Requirements:
- 2+ years in e-commerce/DTC email marketing
- Strong Klaviyo experience (REQUIRED)
- Shopify experience, especially Klaviyo integration
- Copywriting and design skills
- Experience with Canva, Figma, Photoshop, AI design tools, or similar
- Data-driven mindset and A/B testing experience
- Able to manage multiple brands and GEOs
- Fluent English
- Stable internet connection
Bonus: SMS marketing experience
