JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an experienced Klaviyo specialist to own email/SMS marketing strategy for our ecommerce brand. You'll take full ownership of our Klaviyo account — auditing what's there, rebuilding and optimizing existing flows, designing and launching new automations, and planning/executing campaign strategy around our product launches and promotions.

Responsibilities:

Audit and rework existing flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.)
Design and launch new flows based on customer lifecycle and segmentation
Plan and execute a regular campaign calendar (promotions, product launches, newsletters)
Build and refine customer segments for targeted messaging
A/B test subject lines, content, and send times to improve open/click/conversion rates
Monitor deliverability, list health, and key metrics (open rate, CTR, revenue per email/SMS)
Recommend and implement Klaviyo best practices as they evolve

Requirements:

Proven experience managing Klaviyo for an ecommerce brand (please share examples/results)
Strong understanding of email marketing strategy, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
Experience with Shopify-integrated email marketing preferred
Strong copywriting and/or design sensibility a plus
Self-directed — able to strategize and execute with minimal oversight

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and bring real strategic thinking, not just execution. If you've driven measurable revenue growth through Klaviyo before, we want to hear about it.
