About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Build and manage Klaviyo campaigns and automations (flows)
- Design
- Write clear, conversion-focused
- Set up and optimize flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.)
- Assist with segmentation and targeting
- QA
- Analyze performance (open rate, click rate, revenue) and suggest improvements
- Support ongoing testing (subject lines, layouts, messaging)
- Assist with HubSpot workflows, lists, and CRM organization
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Klaviyo (required)
- Experience designing
- Ability to write clear, natural English copy (very important)
- Experience with HubSpot (preferred)
- Understanding of
- Knowledge and experience using AI tools to improve efficiency
- High attention to detail (this is critical)
- Reliable, responsive, and able to meet deadlines
Work Details:
-Part-time: 10–20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule, but must be responsive and communicate clearly
