JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to manage and improve the email marketing of our growing e-commerce brand.

You will be responsible for planning campaigns, writing persuasive email copy, creating professional email designs, building emails inside Klaviyo, and continuously improving performance based on data.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both the creative and technical sides of e-commerce email marketing.

Responsibilities:

Plan, write, design, and schedule email marketing campaigns
Manage our Klaviyo account and email marketing calendar
Write engaging and conversion-focused email copy
Create professional email designs using Figma or similar design tools
Build and format emails directly inside Klaviyo
Create and optimize automated email flows
Manage flows such as:
Welcome series
Abandoned checkout
Abandoned cart
Browse abandonment
Post-purchase
Customer win-back
Subscription and retention flows
Segment customers based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement
Create different campaign angles, hooks, subject lines, and offers
Conduct A/B tests for subject lines, copy, design, offers, and send times
Monitor deliverability, open rates, click rates, conversion rates, and revenue
Continuously improve email performance based on campaign data
Ensure all emails match our brand identity and tone of voice
Work together with the creative, marketing, and customer support teams
Report on campaign and flow performance regularly

Requirements:

Previous experience working with Klaviyo
Experience managing email marketing for at least one e-commerce brand
Strong English copywriting skills
Ability to write clear, persuasive, and conversion-focused emails
Experience creating email designs in Figma
Good understanding of direct-response marketing
Experience with email campaigns, automated flows, segmentation, and A/B testing
Understanding of e-commerce customer journeys and retention marketing
Strong attention to detail
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience with Shopify is preferred
Experience with health, wellness, supplements, or subscription brands is a strong advantage
