Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, and manage Klaviyo
Design high-quality, on-brand
Create, monitor, and optimize
Develop and run A/B tests on flows, campaigns, pop-ups, and other assets to maximize engagement and conversions.
Segment audiences based on customer behavior, engagement, and demographics.
Monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTR, revenue) and provide data-backed recommendations.
Ensure compliance with
Collaborate in-office with our marketing agent to develop strategic plans, while taking full ownership of execution and design.
Maintain the Klaviyo account: list cleaning, integration management, and profile updates.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo in an e-commerce environment.
Strong knowledge of
Advanced skills in designing visually compelling
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through lifecycle marketing.
Experience in setting up and optimizing A/B tests.
Familiarity with Shopify (or similar e-commerce platforms).
Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and improve results.
Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
Bonus:
Experience with SMS marketing in Klaviyo.
Passion for sneakers or streetwear culture.
