Klaviyo Email Graphic Designer (E-commerce / DTC)

We are looking for an Email Graphic Designer who understands how to design for clicks and sales, not just for looks. You will work closely with our email strategist and founders to turn ideas and briefs into high converting designs for Klaviyo campaigns and flows.

Role specs

Position: Email Graphic Designer

Type: Part-time, remote

Hours: 10 to 20 hours per week

Base pay: 500 USD per month during probation

Growth: Possibility to move into full time after a successful probation period

What you will do

Design email campaigns and flows for DTC brands using Klaviyo

Turn strategy and copy into clean, scroll friendly layouts that match each brand

Work with our email marketer to create campaign concepts, angles, and visual ideas

Create mobile first designs that are easy to read and tap on small screens

Prepare assets for developers or drag and drop builders inside Klaviyo

Maintain brand consistency across typography, colors, spacing, and imagery

Create reusable modules and templates for common email types

Understand basic email marketing structure such as hero, social proof, offer, CTA, footer

A B test creative variations such as hero images, layout changes, and content blocks

Deliver files on time and keep projects organized in folders and naming conventions

What we are looking for

Proven experience designing graphics for email marketing, ecommerce, or DTC brands

Strong portfolio that shows real email examples, not only social media posts

Good understanding of what makes emails convert such as hierarchy, clarity, and call to action

Ability to think in sequences such as how Email 1, 2, and 3 in a flow should feel together

Comfortable working with existing brand guidelines and also building them where needed

Can work with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or similar

Detail oriented with good spacing, alignment, and typography habits

Communicates clearly and can take feedback without ego

Proactive and able to suggest new design ideas, not just follow instructions

Nice to have

Experience with Klaviyo or other email service providers

Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or premium ecommerce brands

Basic understanding of HTML email constraints such as safe fonts and image slicing

Experience designing for both email and landing pages so visuals stay consistent
