JOB OVERVIEW

KSEE HOLDINGS LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Klaviyo Email Campaign Creator & Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in creating, managing, and optimising email campaigns and flows within Klaviyo, with a strong focus on driving engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty.

You should have a deep understanding of Klaviyo’s features, segmentation, A/B testing, automation, and deliverability best practices. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to analyse campaign performance to continuously improve results.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and launch new email campaigns and automated flows within Klaviyo.

Develop engaging email content and creative layouts that align with brand guidelines.

Manage segmentation and personalisation to improve open and click-through rates.

Conduct A/B testing and analyse performance data to optimise campaigns.

Ensure proper list hygiene, deliverability, and compliance with email regulations.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align email campaigns with broader strategies.

Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, analytics).

Proven track record of creating successful email campaigns and automations.

Understanding of email marketing KPIs, deliverability, and best practices.

Creative eye for design, subject lines, and engaging copywriting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Wage/Salary Per Month:
36,000 PHP/month (Full Time)
Note: If you prove your value and performance in this role, we are open to increasing your pay.
