JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a seasoned Klaviyo Retention Specialist to take full ownership of our email and SMS lifecycle system, drive long-term customer LTV, and reactivate dormant buyers. In this role, you will design and deploy sophisticated automated flows with a heavy focus on customer win-back sequences, subscription retention loops, high-converting pop-ups, and post-purchase referral systems. You will also be responsible for planning strategic promotional offers and flash campaigns that drive repeat purchases while protecting profit margins. To succeed, you must have proven hands-on experience building Klaviyo flows for DTC brands, a deep understanding of subscription churn reduction, and a track record of driving significant revenue through lifecycle marketing.
