As we scale, we are looking for a Connected Experience Specialist to own the hands-on execution of campaigns, flows, and automations across our client portfolio.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate lives in the details, takes real ownership, and gets things built right the first time.
You have strong, hands on experience building
You have worked with at least one of the following platforms, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Keap, or Mailchimp.
You understand segmentation, behavioural triggers, and lifecycle logic.
You know how to set up and troubleshoot flows end to end, not just copy templates.
You are highly organised and can manage multiple client builds at once.
You QA your own work and catch errors before anyone else does.
You communicate clearly and flag issues early.
You are proactive, curious, and always looking to level up.
MUST HAVE
Hands on Klaviyo experience across
Strong understanding of
Ability to manage and execute campaigns and automations with minimal supervision.
HIGHLY REGARDED
GoHighLevel experience across pipelines, automation, and
HubSpot experience with workflows and
Keap experience with campaign builder and sequences.
Mailchimp experience with list management and campaign execution.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Connected Experience Specialist, you will own the end to end execution of
Campaign Execution
Build, schedule, and launch campaigns with accurate segmentation, timing, and testing.
Conduct thorough QA across all sends, including subject lines, links, personalisation tokens, and rendering.
Implement UTM parameters for accurate performance tracking.
Flow and Automation Management
Develop and maintain flows and automations from scratch, including logic, filters, conditional splits, and timing.
Audit and optimise existing flows for performance and accuracy.
Troubleshoot issues across delivery, rendering, and data syncing.
Data and Segmentation
Build and maintain lists and segments to ensure data accuracy and targeting precision.
Build dynamic content based on customer behaviour and attributes.
Deliverability and Reporting
Monitor inbox placement and deliverability health across client accounts.
Test templates and rendering using tools like
Track performance across engagement and revenue metrics.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with clear insights and recommendations.
