About Us

Salontwelve is a quality, modern hair salon based in County Mall, Crawley, UK. We’ve been open for 14 years and specialise in creative colour and expert cutting. The salon has a high-end feel at great value prices, with a friendly, relaxed but professional atmosphere.

We are looking for a Kajabi expert to build a brand new website for Salontwelve.

Role Overview

I need someone who can take my ideas and turn them into a complete, polished Kajabi website – including page layout, basic copy placement, image placement, and simple ecommerce for selling hair products.

I will provide the text, photos and price lists, but I need you to design, build and organise everything in Kajabi so it looks professional and is easy for clients to use.

Platform
• Website must be built on Kajabi
• You will set up the site structure, pages, navigation and basic settings
• Later we may add email automations and funnels, so Kajabi experience is important

Main Website Pages & Features

You will create and design:
1. Home Page
• Clear first impression of Salontwelve
• Highlights of services (cuts, colours, styling)
• Strong calls to action: Book Now, Call Us, Find Us
2. Stylist Profiles Page
• Profile picture and a short bio for each stylist
• Key strengths (e.g. balayage, short hair, curls, men’s cuts)
• Option to feature our junior stylist and any special offers
3. Photo Gallery
• Before & after styles
• Colour work, cuts, styling
• Organised in a clean, easy-to-browse layout
4. Services & Price List
• Clear list of services with prices
• Easy to read on mobile
• Option to highlight popular services or packages
5. Our Story / About Page
• Story of Salontwelve
• Our values (quality work, great value, friendly atmosphere, cosmopolitan clientele)
• What makes us different from other salons
6. Blog Page
• Blog layout in Kajabi
• I will provide the articles; you just need to format and publish them nicely
• Space for hair tips, colour trends, salon updates
7. Products / Shop Page
• Page to show our retail products: shampoos, conditioners, styling products, tools, etc.
• Simple ecommerce setup so clients can buy products online
• Product images, descriptions, prices, add-to-cart, checkout
8. Contact & Location Page
• Salon address (County Mall, Crawley)
• Map / embedded Google Maps
• Phone number, WhatsApp, email, contact form
• Opening hours and simple directions
9. Testimonials / Reviews
• Section or full page showing client reviews
• Space for review quotes and/or screenshots
10. FAQ Section
• Common questions about services, bookings, cancellations, patch tests, etc.
• Can be a separate page or part of the main pages
11. Social Media Links
• Clear links/icons to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok (and others if needed)
• Option to embed Instagram feed if suitable in Kajabi
12. Email Signup
• Simple opt-in form: join our mailing list for offers and news
• Connected to Kajabi email so we can message clients in future

Design Style
• Clean, modern, professional, salon / beauty feel
• Light, bright look (to match a high-end, modern salon in a shopping mall)
• Mobile-first design – must look excellent on phones
• Consistent fonts, colours and layout across all pages

I will share:
• Logo and brand colours (or we can choose together)
• Photos of the salon and team
• Example salons/websites I like

Responsibilities
• Set up the Kajabi site and structure
• Design and build all pages listed above
• Upload and place images and text provided
• Set up basic SEO on each page (titles, meta descriptions, headings)
• Connect domain (with my help and access to the domain provider)
• Link to social media accounts
• Set up simple product shop and checkout inside Kajabi
• Make sure everything is responsive and works on mobile, tablet and desktop

Requirements
• Proven experience building websites in Kajabi (please send links)
• Good eye for design, especially in beauty/salon or similar industries
• Strong understanding of mobile-friendly design
• Able to organise content clearly and suggest improvements
• Good written English so you can place and format my text correctly
• Reliable, good communication, able to follow instructions and also make suggestions

Nice to Have (but not required)
• Experience with basic on-page SEO
• Experience with email marketing inside Kajabi (pipelines, forms, automations)
• Experience working with salons, spas, clinics or similar businesses

How We Will Work

• Text for each page (or bullet points you can organise)
• Photos of stylists, salon, and hair work
• Price lists and product details
• You will:
• Turn this into a clean, modern Kajabi site
• Suggest better layout or structure if you see improvements
• Keep me updated with short messages and preview links/screenshots
