We operate a structured online 3D education company with:

• 110,000+ YouTube subscribers
• A growing digital course business
• Ongoing launches and evergreen funnels

This is not a hobby channel.
This is a serious education business with systems and long-term plans.

We are looking for a reliable Kajabi Marketing Specialist to support our landing pages, emails, and backend marketing systems.

This is a long-term role for someone who values structure, detail, and stability.

Responsibilities

• Landing Page Execution – Duplicate and update Kajabi templates with clean alignment, spacing, and strong visual hierarchy.

• Email Formatting – Turn Google Doc drafts into clean, well-spaced Kajabi emails with proper structure and formatting.

• Visual Assets – Create simple hero images, icons, and thumbnails using Canva, Photoshop, or AI tools.

• Backend Organization – Maintain tags, automations, file naming, and marketing systems so everything stays organized and scalable.

Requirements

• Experience using Kajabi (building pages and emails, not just uploading videos)
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently
• Good written English
• Stable internet connection
• Available for ~20 hours per week

Nice to Have

• Experience prompting ChatGPT while maintaining brand voice
• Background in graphic design, 3D, or creative industries
• Basic copywriting ability (subject lines, micro-copy)

Selection Process

Shortlisted applicants will complete a brief 10-minute formatting task.

Final candidates will be hired for a short paid trial (2–3 hours) before long-term engagement.

Compensation

$7–$9 per hour
~20 hours per week to start
Opportunity to grow to full-time based on performance
