About Us

The VA Effect is building a team of highly skilled professionals who help entrepreneurs and business owners streamline and grow their businesses. We're looking for a reliable Kajabi Expert to join us on a part-time basis with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who already has a full-time job and is looking for additional income while working on exciting projects.

Position

Kajabi Expert (Part-Time)

Hours: 5–10 hours per week
Compensation: Starting at $200/month (Negotiable based on experience)
Growth Opportunity: Potential to transition into a full-time position
Responsibilities
Build and customize Kajabi websites, landing pages, and funnels
Create and manage online courses, memberships, and offers
Set up email campaigns, automations, and pipelines
Integrate Kajabi with third-party tools (Zapier, Stripe, Calendly, etc.)
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize existing Kajabi setups
Maintain branding consistency across pages and products
Recommend best practices for improving conversions and user experience
Requirements
Proven experience working with Kajabi
Strong understanding of Kajabi websites, products, and automations
Experience with landing page design and sales funnels
Familiarity with email marketing and automation
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written and spoken English
Reliable internet connection
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
Experience with Canva, Figma, or basic graphic design
Knowledge of HTML/CSS
Experience integrating Kajabi with CRM or marketing tools
