We are an Australian education business in the hair and beauty industry and are currently moving our online education platform from an existing white-label learning management system across to Kajabi.
We are looking for a proactive and organised Kajabi & Digital Marketing Coordinator to initially help us complete the migration and then become an ongoing part of our team, helping manage and grow our online education platform and community.
This is a hands-on execution role. Our Australian team will handle the education, filming, video editing, campaign direction and overall creative strategy. We need someone who can take the assets and direction we provide and efficiently manage the implementation.
Initial Kajabi Migration
Your first major project will be helping us move our existing education platform into Kajabi, including:
Building and formatting courses, modules and lessons in Kajabi
Uploading existing educational content and resources
Migrating existing members/customers into Kajabi
Organising member access, products, offers, tags and course structures
Helping configure email automations and customer journeys
Testing the new platform to ensure everything works correctly
Helping us create a clean, professional member experience
Ongoing Responsibilities
Once the migration is complete, the role will expand into:
Managing and updating our Kajabi platform
Managing and growing the Kajabi community
Uploading new courses, lessons and educational resources
Scheduling and publishing social media content
Creating simple branded graphics using Canva
Writing captions, emails and supporting marketing copy
Repurposing the content/assets provided by our team
SEO optimisation of website, course and educational content
Keyword research and basic SEO reporting
Assisting with Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertising

Our team will continue to handle:

All major content, advertising and campaigns will be approved by our team before publishing.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience using Kajabi — highly preferred

Has digital marketing experience
Understands social media management
Has practical SEO knowledge
Has experience with Meta Ads or similar paid advertising
Is comfortable creating graphics in Canva
Has excellent written English
Is highly organised and detail-oriented
Can work independently rather than waiting for instructions on every task
Is comfortable learning our brand and suggesting improvements
Can manage multiple ongoing tasks and deadlines
We are looking for someone interested in becoming a long-term member of our team, not simply completing the Kajabi migration and leaving.
Hours
Approximately 20 hours per week initially, with flexibility around when the work is completed.
We are based in Australia, so some availability overlapping Australian business hours would be helpful, but you do not need to work Australian hours exclusively.

For the right person, there is opportunity for increased hours, responsibilities and compensation as the business and platform grow.
