JOB OVERVIEW

I'm a high-conflict, relationship, and trauma coach with fully developed course content — videos, written modules, workbooks — and I need someone to build it out inside Kajabi, wire up the funnels, and eventually own the ongoing digital marketing execution. This is a long-term role with growing responsibility.

Phase 1 (Start Here)

Upload and format course content in Kajabi (modules, videos, workbooks, assessments)
Design course pages to match brand standards
Build out full sales funnels — landing pages, checkout, email sequences, thank-you pages
Set up automations and pipelines

Phase 2 (As You Prove Yourself)

Weekly email newsletters
Lead magnet creation and delivery sequences
Website updates and maintenance

What I'm Looking For

Demonstrated Kajabi experience — not "familiar with," actually built in it
Eye for design and layout, not just technical setup
Understands funnel logic: opt-in ? lead magnet ? nurture ? offer
Self-directed. I give you the assets and the outcome. You figure out the how.
Strong written English for email and copy formatting
Experience with Canva or similar for workbook/graphic formatting is a plus

What This Is Not

This is not a task-ticker role. I move fast, and I need someone who can keep up. If you need hand-holding on every step, this isn't the right fit.
