Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced KPI & Performance Management Consultant to help us design and implement a complete performance tracking system for our team. This is a short-term, project-based role focused on building KPI metrics, tracking tools, and a performance-based rewards framework from the ground up.
Project Scope:
Develop clear and measurable KPIs for different departments
Create performance tracking systems (spreadsheets, dashboards, or tools)
Work closely with department heads to align KPIs with business goals
Design a fair and effective employee performance evaluation system
Recommend a rewards and incentives structure based on performance
Ensure the system is simple, scalable, and easy to maintain
Project Details:
Duration: Approximately 15 days
Company Size: 60–70 employees
Industry: Travel Agency
Work Setup: Preferably on-site to collaborate directly with team leads
Qualifications:
Proven experience in KPI development and performance management systems
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Experience working with SMEs or growing teams is a plus
Ability to translate business goals into measurable metrics
Excellent communication skills for working with multiple departments
Deliverables:
Complete KPI framework for all key roles/departments
Performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Sheets, dashboards, etc.)
Documentation and guidelines for implementation
Suggested performance-based rewards system
