JOB OVERVIEW

KAJABI MIGRATION SPECIALIST (Part-Time, Short-Term Project)
We are a growing health and wellness business and we are looking for a Kajabi specialist to help us move our website cleanly onto Kajabi over the next couple of weeks. If you enjoy taking a slightly messy setup and turning it into something simple, organized, and easy for the owner to manage, you will fit right in.
This is a focused, short-term project with the potential for more work as we grow.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
Our website currently sits on WordPress, and we are consolidating everything into Kajabi, where our courses, funnels, and emails already live. The site itself is small and straightforward, around four pages. We want it rebuilt simply and professionally, so we can log in afterward and make our own edits with confidence.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Rebuild four pages in Kajabi (Home, About, Services, and Contact) using Kajabi templates, matching the style of our current site.
- Migrate our domain correctly, including DNS and TXT records, so it points to Kajabi for a smooth switch. Our domain is currently managed through Squarespace and Google.
- Move the page content out of WordPress and close down the WordPress site once the new pages are live.
- Clean up and correct any leftover issues from our previous setup, including custom code a past helper added inside Kajabi that we can no longer edit.
- Build everything in a clean, simple way, with no heavy custom code, so we keep full access and can edit pages ourselves later.
- Leave us a short written guide or Loom walkthrough, so we always understand how the site is put together.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong hands-on experience with Kajabi, especially pages and site setup.
- Enough WordPress knowledge to move content out and close the site down.
- Confidence with domains and DNS (Squarespace, Google domains, DNS and TXT records).
- Comfortable working in Google Drive.
- A good eye for clean, simple, professional design. We do not need anything fancy.
- Clear, steady communication, with a short end-of-day update while the project is active.

SCHEDULE
- Part-time and project-based. The work should not take long for someone experienced.
- Your hours are flexible, though you will need some overlap with US daytime (Arizona time, currently the same as US Pacific). We are reachable between 8:00am and 7:00pm our time, and prefer calls before 2:00pm or between 4:00pm and 6:00pm.

HOW TO APPLY
