We are a global creative team working with K-pop artists and music projects.
We are looking for a K-Pop Social Media & Fan Community Manager with real experience in K-pop fandom culture to help grow and activate fan communities in Southeast Asia (especially Philippines and Indonesia).
This is NOT a basic posting job.
We are looking for someone who truly understands how K-pop fandoms move, organize, and go viral.
Responsibilities
• Activate and coordinate fan communities
• Create/Manage our own fan accounts
• Create/Post original content on our own fan accounts
• Identify and connect with local fanbases and fan leaders
• Organize streaming parties and hashtag trends
• Support TikTok challenges and viral campaigns
• Help localize content (captions, comments, fan interactions)
• Identify micro-influencers, dance cover groups, reaction channels
• Monitor engagement and report weekly growth insights
• Suggest creative ideas based on local fan behavior
Requirements
• Proven experience working in K-pop fandom communities
• Deep understanding of how K-pop fans organize streaming & trends
• Strong knowledge of TikTok,
• Fluent English
• Based in Philippines or Indonesia (preferred)
• Passion for K-pop and music culture
• Organized and proactive mindset
Bonus if you:
• Have worked with fanbases before
• Have managed stan accounts or community pages
• Understand comeback cycles and teaser strategies
