About Us

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company operating 3 online stores in the Health & Beauty space, currently generating approximately $500,000–$800,000 in monthly revenue.

You will join a team of around 10 people, including 8 team members from the Philippines.

We are looking for a Junior Meta Media Buyer & Setup Manager who can help us manage our Meta advertising infrastructure and support the daily launching of campaigns.

Your Main Responsibility: Meta Setup Management

This is the most important part of the role.

Because we advertise heavily in the Health & Beauty space, our Meta infrastructure requires constant attention. Pages, Business Managers and other assets can occasionally become restricted or unavailable, so we need someone who can keep our setups organized and operational.

We currently manage approximately:

3 separate Meta setups
6 Business Managers
20 Meta/Facebook profiles
---------- Facebook Pages
Multiple ad accounts, pixels and other assets

You will be responsible for managing this infrastructure on a daily basis.

Your tasks will include:

Managing and checking our Meta setups daily
Setting up and preparing new Facebook Pages
Connecting Pages to the correct Business Managers and advertising assets
Connecting and managing pixels
Connecting ad accounts and other required assets
Preparing replacement/new setups when necessary
Keeping profiles, Pages, Business Managers and ad accounts properly organized
Checking that everything is connected correctly before campaigns are launched
Troubleshooting setup and asset connection issues
Maintaining a clear overview of all our Meta assets

Previous experience with this type of Meta setup management is required.

Media Buying Responsibilities

You will also support our media buying operations.

This includes:

Launching new Meta campaigns
Launching Cost Cap campaigns
Warming up new ad accounts
Setting up campaigns according to our internal structure
Performing daily checks
Supporting the team with campaign launches and other Meta-related tasks

You do not need to be an expert media buyer.

We can teach you our campaign structures, Cost Cap strategy and launching processes.

What is much more important is that you already understand Meta Business Managers, Pages, profiles, ad accounts, pixels and asset connections.

Extremely organized
Detail-oriented
Accurate and careful with your work
Comfortable managing many Meta assets at the same time
Experienced with Meta Business Manager and advertising infrastructure
Able to follow SOPs and instructions precisely
Reliable with daily recurring tasks
Comfortable communicating with an international team
Interested in growing into a full-time position

Small mistakes in this role can create large problems, so attention to detail is extremely important.

Hours & Growth

You will initially work approximately 4 hours per day, 6 days per week.

If things go well, we expect this position to grow into a full-time role within approximately 2 months.

Starting compensation is $5 USD per hour.

There will be opportunities to take on more responsibility as the company continues to grow.

Campaign launching can be taught. Being organized and already understanding how to properly manage Meta infrastructure cannot.
