About the Role:

This role is primarily a video editing role focused on producing short-form ad creatives for platforms like
This is an execution-first role with light creative input. You don’t need to be a strategist, but you should understand why ads are structured the way they are.
What You’ll Do
- Edit short-form video ads (UGC, product clips, simple statics)
- Assemble ads using provided scripts, briefs, and references
- Add basic text overlays, captions, cuts, and pacing for ads
- Create simple variations from the same core footage
- Help document ad structure in basic ad briefs (hook, message, CTA)
- Make revisions based on internal feedback
- Organize files and exports clearly for the team
- Attend weekly internal check-ins
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Comfortable editing short-form videos (15–60 seconds)
- Clear written English
- Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Open to feedback and revisions
- Organized and reliable
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience editing ads or UGC-style content
- Familiarity with
- Basic understanding of hooks, captions, and CTAs
- Experience working with Google Drive or Notion
Training & Growth
You’ll be trained on:
- Our ad structures and creative standards
- How to edit for performance (not aesthetics)
- How ad briefs are used to guide creative
There is room to grow into a Creative Producer or Creative Strategist role over time, based on performance.
