Are you a wizard with AI-driven content? Do you know how to bridge the gap between "synthetic" and "indistinguishable from reality"?

We are a major e-commerce brand looking for a Junior Video Editor who specializes in high-end AI UGC (User Generated Content). We aren't looking for someone who just hits "generate"—we need an editor who understands the nuance of human movement, lighting, and pacing to create ads that convert.

This is a trial-to-perm role. We pay significantly above the industry average because we expect elite-level output. If you perform, this will transition into a high-growth, full-time position within our creative team.

The Tech Stack
We push the boundaries of AI content. You must have professional-level experience with:

Higgsfield: For sophisticated motion and character consistency.

Google Vids/Flow: For streamlined AI video workflows.

Standard Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut for final polishing and pacing.
