JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Junior Software Developer with hands-on experience to join our development team and contribute to building, testing, improving, and maintaining web and mobile applications using the MERN stack and React Native.

The ideal candidate has practical development experience, writes clean and maintainable code, and has a strong foundation in JavaScript and TypeScript. This is a full-time, exclusive position with working hours from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Philippine Time, Monday to Friday, including a 1-hour break.

Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
* Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
* Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code using JavaScript and TypeScript
* Build and integrate RESTful APIs
* Collaborate with the development team on new features and improvements
* Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues
* Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance
* Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability
* Follow development best practices and continuously improve technical skills

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
* Hands-on experience with the MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
* Experience with React Native
* Strong knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
* Experience with MongoDB, REST APIs, and JSON
* Familiarity with Vite
* Experience using Git
* Understanding of responsive web development
* Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to learn, improve, and accept feedback

Salary: PHP 32,500/month during the 6-month probationary period, with a performance-based increase upon regularization

Exclusivity: Employees may not hold another job, freelance role, consultancy, or similar professional engagement while employed with the company unless approved in writing
