Responsibilities
Draft and format SOPs/WIs/Templates (concise, step-by-step; screenshots where useful).
Normalize inputs from staff (notes, screenshots, photos, PDFs) into clean documents.
Maintain document codes, file naming, and version history in SharePoint libraries.
Build simple forms and trackers in Word/Excel; keep templates consistent.
Do light process mapping (flow, roles, approvals) with clear escalation points.
Coordinate reviews with the Systems Manager and update docs after feedback.
Qualifications
2+ years in technical writing / process documentation / admin ops.
Strong English writing; crisp, instructional tone.
Confident with Microsoft 365 (Word/Excel, SharePoint/OneDrive file org).
Detail-oriented: follows formats, naming, and versioning precisely.
Proactive communicator; comfortable clarifying missing steps with teammates.
Nice to Have
ISO 9001 awareness (document control, versioning, controlled templates, audit readiness).
Exposure to construction admin (MRF -RFQ - PO, 3-way match, cash advance & liquidation, materials transfer, motor-pool/fleet).
Basic screen-recording for short walkthroughs; simple diagramming in Visio/PowerPoint.
