Company: Renewables Warehouse (Australia)
Location: Work from home (Philippines)
Work Hours: Full?time, Monday–Friday, Australian business hours (Canberra/Sydney time)

About the Role
We’re a fast?growing solar / batteries / EV / electrical wholesaler based in Australia. We supply local solar installers who need stock fast and hate dealing with big, slow chains.

We’re hiring a Sales & Order Support Specialist based in the Philippines to:

Talk to our installer customers
Take and enter orders accurately
Do simple outbound follow?up calls/messages to win more orders
Support our warehouse and delivery team so trucks leave full and on time
You’ll start at the Junior level, and if you perform, you can progress to Core Specialist and then Senior / Team Lead with higher pay and more responsibility every 3–6 months.

Key Responsibilities
Order Taking & Entry

Answer inbound calls, messages, and emails from installer customers
Take down order details and enter them into our system (Odoo) accurately
Confirm products, quantities, delivery address, and delivery type
Add our Standard Install Pack (consumables bundle) to every eligible order unless the customer specifically removes it
Double?check details before finalizing orders to avoid mistakes
Outbound Follow?up & Reactivation

Call, text, or email existing customers to:
Check what jobs they have coming up
Help them plan and place orders in advance
Reactivate customers who haven’t ordered recently
Follow simple scripts and processes (no “hard selling”)
Log every contact and outcome in the system
Scheduling Support

Work with our local dispatcher/driver to group deliveries efficiently
Confirm delivery details (address, access instructions, phone numbers)
Send simple updates/ETAs to customers when needed
Admin & Data Accuracy

Keep customer records and product details up to date in Odoo
Prepare simple daily reports:
Number of calls / messages
Orders taken
Errors found and corrected
Wins / issues from the day
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English
At least 1 year experience in customer service, inside sales, or order processing
Comfortable making and receiving calls (B2B customers, not B2C telemarketing)
Strong attention to detail and enjoys working with checklists
Fast learner with new software (CRMs, ERPs, spreadsheets)
Nice to have:

Experience in wholesale, logistics, construction, electrical, or solar
Experience with Odoo or similar systems
Pay & Career Progression (AUD)

Level 1 – Junior Sales & Order Support

Typical starting range: AUD $1,000 – $1,300 per month
Focus: learn products, systems, scripts, and achieve high accuracy
Promotion target: after 3–6 months of hitting KPIs
Level 2 – Sales & Order Support Specialist (Core Role)

Typical range: AUD $1,400 – $1,600 per month (base)
Plus performance bonus based on:
Orders processed
Accuracy
Attach rate of our Install Pack and Premium Delivery
Promotion target to Senior: after 6–12 months of consistent high performance
Level 3 – Senior Sales & Order Support / Team Lead

Typical range: AUD $1,700 – $2,000 per month (base)
Higher bonus potential based on:
Team results
Key account performance
Helping train and manage junior tea ---------- mbers
We review performance and progression opportunities every 3–6 months. If you hit your numbers and show you can take more responsibility, you move up.
