JOB OVERVIEW

WHO ARE WE?

We’re Nooro - a fast-growing app company operating alongside a highly profitable eCommerce business, doing over $100M per year.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We need a Jr. Media Buyer to manage day-to-day campaign operations in our Meta ad account under the direction of our senior media buyer.

This is primarily a creative testing execution role. You will be inside Ads Manager daily building out new creative tests, launching ads, managing budgets, QA-ing everything before publish, and reporting on performance. Expect 90% of your time to be setting up and managing creative tests across client accounts.

HOW TO APPLY: If you believe we're the right fit, please fill in this form: ----------

RESPONSIBILITES

• Build and launch new creative tests across multiple client accounts — new ad variations, copy iterations, hook tests, format tests (static, video, carousel, UGC), and angle tests

• Structure creative tests properly within campaign architecture (CBO, ABO, ASC, Advantage+ Shopping) based on the testing framework set by the senior buyer

• QA every ad before publish: UTM parameters, creative assets, copy, placements, audience targeting, conversion events, and tracking verification

• Monitor Advantage+ Creative Enhancements and platform-level automation settings, applying the correct protocol per client and creative type

• Execute daily budget adjustments, ad toggling, and bid changes based on performance thresholds

• Pull and organize creative performance data for weekly reporting (ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR, Thumbstop, Hold Rate) so winning and losing creatives are clearly identified

• Flag anomalies: spend pacing issues, delivery problems, rejected ads, pixel firing errors

• Communicate async via Slack with clear status updates, questions, and blockers

REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ months hands-on experience inside Meta Ads Manager (not boosted posts, not watching courses — actually building and managing campaigns)

• Understands campaign structures: CBO vs. ABO, broad vs. interest targeting, dynamic creative vs. standard ads

• Experience setting up creative tests and knows how to isolate variables (hook, angle, format, copy) without muddying results

• Familiar with Meta Pixel, CAPI, and event-based conversion tracking

• Can navigate Business Manager: ad accounts, pixels, product catalogs, partner access

• Detail-oriented — the kind of person who double-checks UTMs and preview links before anything goes live

• Reliable async communicator. PST working hours required.

NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)

• Experience with DTC/ecommerce brands

• Basic understanding of landing page CRO and how it connects to ad performance

• Comfortable with Google Sheets and Power BI for data pulls and reporting

This is a straightforward execution role with clear systems and expectations. We value precision, speed, and reliability.

Apply ONLY if you're looking for a full-time role in the long run, not a quick gig.
