We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Marketing Ops & CRM Coordinator to handle the day-to-day execution and data management behind our marketing and sales systems.

This is not a creative or strategy role. It’s best suited for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and processes and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and reliability.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Marketing Operations
Creating and managing automated
Update and maintain existing marketing automations
Assist with campaign setup, execution, and QA
Review online company business pages for accuracy
Assist in creating and updating dashboards and reports
CRM & Sales Coordination (Job Nimbus)
Track leads and customers through the CRM lifecycle
Maintain the Follow-Up Board and ensure tasks are completed
Create, update, and assign CRM tasks for each lead
Keep CRM data clean, organized, and accurate
Flag missing steps or breakdowns in follow-up
Website Content Management
Make timely website updates (text edits, uploads, formatting)
Publish approved content to the website
Perform quality checks on live pages (links, layout, accuracy)
General Support
Handle repeatable system tasks that interrupt leadership
Follow SOPs and checklists consistently
Communicate clearly when something is unclear or broken
What This Role Is NOT
Not a marketing strategist
Not a content writer
Not a decision-maker for campaigns or budgets
Not a “figure it out with no direction” role
You will receive clear instructions, SOPs, and oversight.
Required Skills & Experience
Prior experience working with a CRM (Job Nimbus, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
Proficient in Google Workspace
Experience with
Strong attention to detail and organization
Comfortable following processes and checklists
Reliable internet and the ability to work during agreed hours
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with website CMS platforms
Basic understanding of marketing funnels or lead follow-up
Experience supporting sales or marketing teams

Full-Time, Remote
40 hours per week
Long-term role (not project-based)
