---------- is a fast-growing U.S.-based e-commerce company looking for a motivated Junior Laravel + React Developer to join our development team. You will help develop, maintain, and improve our e-commerce platform and internal business applications. You will work closely with a senior developer who will provide technical guidance, review your code, and help you improve your development skills. This position is ideal for a junior developer with a solid foundation in PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, and React who wants to gain professional experience working on real-world e-commerce projects.

Main Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web application features using PHP and Laravel.
Build and update responsive user interfaces using React.
Create and integrate REST APIs between frontend and backend applications.
Fix bugs and troubleshoot issues in existing applications.
Work with MySQL databases, Eloquent models, migrations, and relationships.
Convert designs and business requirements into functional application features.
Write clean, readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
Use Git and GitHub for version control, branches, commits, and pull requests.
Participate in code reviews and apply feedback from the senior developer.
Test completed features before submitting them for review.
Help maintain technical documentation and development notes.
Communicate progress, questions, and blockers clearly with the team.
Follow established coding standards, security practices, and project workflows.
Perform other development-related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications
At least six months to two years of practical experience with PHP or Laravel through employment, freelance work, internships, personal projects, or school projects.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of PHP and the Laravel framework.
Understanding of Laravel routing, controllers, models, migrations, validation, and Eloquent ORM.
Basic to intermediate experience with React and modern JavaScript.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
Experience working with MySQL or another relational database.
Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
Understanding of object-oriented programming and MVC architecture.
Ability to investigate problems and troubleshoot errors independently.
Ability to follow technical instructions and accept constructive code-review feedback.
Good written English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn.
Able to work consistently during 8:00 AM–4:00 PM U.S. Eastern business hours.
Must have a stable and reliable wired internet connection.
Must have a dependable computer suitable for web development.
Experience using Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Meet, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
Applicants must be comfortable working an overnight schedule in the Philippines. The exact Philippine working hours may change when daylight-saving time begins or ends in the United States.
This is not a flexible-hours or part-time position. You must be consistently available throughout the required shift for communication, meetings, development work, and task updates.
