Are you a budding designer with 1-3 years of client experience, a passion for creativity, and a hunger to grow? We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team and bring fresh ideas, technical skills, and a positive attitude to every project.
What We’re Looking For
We need a designer who:
-Has 1-3 years of real-world client experience.
-Is eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
-Can manage projects, timelines, and deadlines.
-Pays attention to detail and follows directions carefully.
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you should have:
-Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (this is a must!).
-Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop).
-A willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and workflows.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-A creative mindset and problem-solving approach.
Bonus Skills
While not required, the following skills will make you stand out:
-Prepress knowledge (e.g., preparing files for print).
-WordPress experience.
-Illustration or content writing skills.
-experience designing for MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
-Figma use and knowledge
Typical Projects
Here’s a glimpse of the types of projects you’ll work on:
-Laying out print brochures and reports.
-Updating or designing web or print ads.
-Assisting with brand design projects.
-Supporting the team on multipage layouts and creative campaigns.
How We Work
-We use Trello to manage projects and timelines.
-You’ll receive instructions and brand assets for each project.
-Working files are stored on our cloud drive.
-Time is tracked using our time-tracking software.
