Facebook Media Buyer

IMPORTANT: This is a real media buying position for a well-established U.S. agency. We are looking for someone who has a passion for social media advertising and a person who is serious about growing with an agency. We are willing to teach anyone still in the learning phase, but they must be serious about where they want to be in their career.

Hiring Junior Facebook Ad Specialist

Social Ads Mentor was created specifically to address the PPC needs of information marketers with a special focus and expertise in real estate and Internet educational products.

Rather than the routine “cookie-cutter” approach to PPC campaign management that is the norm today, we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and our high level of personal service to craft a customized PPC campaign solution from start to finish.

Job Description

- Launch ---------- Facebook Ad campaigns (“Cold” and retargeting)
- Test ads to determine the highest-performing creative, markets, and ad copy
- Analyze data to maintain and forecast monthly budget and ROI figures
- Analyze performance data and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation, and appropriate action plans based on conclusions
- Thoroughly understand the client’s business strategy, goals, and KPI
- Assist the Head Media Buyer in managing and optimizing comprehensive ad campaigns, audience building and ad creation
- Audit existing ad campaigns and identify new opportunities to increase client conversions
- Assist in weekly client reporting
- Communicate consistently and professionally with the management team

What We Are Looking For

1-2 years experience with media buying

Full understanding of the Facebook Ads Platform

Basic GHL Knowledge

Intermediate understanding of sales/lead funnels

Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time

Intermediate MS Excel Skill

Detail-oriented & organize

Job Requirements
Available 40 hrs per week
Available during 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Standard Time M-F (THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Reliable Wi-Fi connection
Compensation
$350-$500 (Depending on experience) per month with performance bonuses and health insurance
