About the Role
We run a growing portfolio of Shopify ecommerce stores and are looking for a Junior Ecommerce Product Specialist to handle the hands-on work of getting products into our stores and making the product pages clean, accurate, and launch-ready. You’ll import products from AliExpress using DSers, clean up the images and details, and organize everything so our stores ship faster.
You don’t need years of experience — if you know your way around Shopify and you’re a fast, careful learner, we’ll teach you our exact import, editing, and cleanup process. What matters most is reliability and attention to detail.
This is steady, ongoing work with real room to grow as we launch more stores.
What You’ll Do
• Import products from AliExpress into Shopify using DSers — we’ll train you on our exact workflow.
• Clean and edit product images — background cleanup, consistent sizing, a professional look across the catalog.
• Write and tidy up product titles and descriptions so they read well and match our brand standard.
• Check and fix product pricing, variants, and “sibling” product groupings.
• Assign products to the correct collections and categories.
• Catch and fix product data issues — missing prices, wrong info, duplicates, mismatched entries.
• Apply a quality standard set by our store builder, consistently across many products per store.
• Keep your tasks updated in our tracking system so progress is visible to the team.
What We’re Looking For
• Shopify experience is required — you’re comfortable in the admin with products, collections, and variants.
• Genuinely detail-oriented — you notice the off price, the wrong collection, the image that doesn’t match.
• A fast, willing learner — happy to be taught a process and then run with it.
• Reliable and consistent — you hit deadlines and communicate clearly about your progress.
• Good written English — enough to write clean, readable product descriptions.
• Basic photo editing comfort (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) — or eager to learn quickly.
Nice to Have (not required)
• Experience with DSers or other AliExpress import tools.
• Experience with larger product catalogs (100+ products).
• Familiarity with dropshipping and cleaning up messy imported product data.
