About Us

We are a growing U.S.-based ecommerce company that owns multiple automotive performance brands. . Our mission is to build the most complete and accurate online database for suspension and performance parts while providing an exceptional shopping experience for automotive enthusiasts.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical tea ---------- mber to assist our Ecommerce Manager with researching, organizing, cleaning, and preparing automotive product information for our Shopify stores.

This is not a typical data entry job. You'll be using spreadsheets, research skills, and problem solving to help build one of the best performance automotive ecommerce catalogs in the industry.

Responsibilities:
Research automotive manufacturers and new product lines.
Collect product information, specifications, pricing, images, and fitment data.
Build and maintain Shopify import spreadsheets using Excel and Google Sheets.
Clean, organize, and standardize product data using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
Verify vehicle fitment information across manufacturer catalogs and websites.
Organize product images and digital assets.
Prepare products for upload into Shopify.
Create product tags, collections, and product organization structures.
Assist with SEO landing pages and collection pages.
Identify missing or inconsistent information and resolve it through research.
Follow documented workflows while continuously improving them.
Required Skills
Excellent written English.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Comfortable learning and using AI tools.
Strong internet research skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Organized and process-oriented.
Able to work independently and solve problems before asking for help.
Reliable internet connection and computer.
Preferred Qualifications
Shopify experience is strongly suggested.
Automotive knowledge or strong interest in cars, racing, drifting, or performance cars.
Experience working with CSV files.
Basic SEO knowledge.
Experience with Google Drive.
Experience organizing large datasets.
Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.

Within your first few months, you'll be able to independently prepare complete product catalogs for upload, identify fitment issues before products go live, and use AI to dramatically speed up research and data preparation while maintaining high accuracy.
