JOB OVERVIEW

*About the Role*
We are looking for a Junior Ecommerce Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day execution that keeps our selling channels running smoothly. This means handling invoices, reconciliations, vouchers, bundles, pricing checks and basic reporting accurately and on time, across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and our website.
This is a hands-on execution role suited for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable and takes pride in getting things done properly.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Key in and reconcile invoices from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and our website
- Spot and dispute overcharged shipping fees using our checker tools
- Set up and check vouchers, bundles, and campaigns across platforms
- Ensure pricing is consistent across all channels and flag discrepancies
- Send daily and weekly updates to the manager

- Detail-oriented and dependable to follow through without being chased
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and backend platform dashboards
- Clear written communicator
- Experience with any ecommerce platform (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar) is a plus
