JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are looking for a Junior E-Commerce QA & Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will review and test merchant-facing web experiences, validate bug fixes, and ensure design and functional accuracy before release. You will also assist with basic platform configurations and minor web updates.

This role is ideal for an entry-to-mid level QA tester, junior web developer, or technical support specialist looking to build a career in e-commerce tech.

Key Responsibilities
QA & Testing: Conduct functional, visual, responsive (mobile/desktop), and edge-case testing on platform builds, bug fixes, and development tickets.

Defect Tracking: Identify, log, and document issues with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, or recordings.

Platform Configuration: Assist with straightforward merchant updates, HTML/CSS tweaks, and platform setups.

Team Collaboration: Work with core development and customer support teams to verify fixes and close out tickets.

Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years in quality assurance, web implementation, website content management, or junior web development.

Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate HTML & CSS proficiency.

Tools: Hands-on experience using ticketing software (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk, or HubSpot).

Communication: Clear written English for logging detailed bug reports and communicating across teams.

Nice-to-Haves
Hands-on Shopify experience.

Familiarity with Chrome DevTools and basic web troubleshooting.

Basic familiarity with JavaScript or A/B testing platforms.
