About the Role
Our Boardroom clients get huge value from our Founder's coaching calls and the SOPs that come out of them, but they don't yet have one place to log in and find it all. As our Junior Digital Marketing Designer, you'll build and own that training platform, so clients can easily find past lessons and put SOPs to work in their business.
You'll also own the LinkedIn optimisation pack for every new Boardroom client, from pulling details out of their onboarding call to delivering a polished, on-brand profile. On the side, you'll support our Digital Marketing Designer and Social Media Manager with design and content. You'll report to the Lead Generation Team Lead.
What You'll Do
Boardroom training platform
Build the platform from the ground up in Skool or a similar tool: structure, modules, lessons, welcome pages, and navigation
Organise recorded coaching calls into clear, easy-to-find lessons
Publish SOPs alongside the matching lesson so clients can go straight from watching to implementing
Design lesson thumbnails, module covers, and banners in line with brand guidelines
Keep the platform up to date and help new clients get access and get started
Boardroom client onboarding assets
Extract client details from their onboarding call with our Founder
Create a LinkedIn optimisation document for each client, including an optimised headline, About section, banner, and Featured section
Track what's been delivered to each client
Design support
Create carousels and other social graphics in Canva with the Social Media Manager
Support the Digital Marketing Designer with branded assets such as presentations and lead magnet guides
General
Collaborate with the team through Slack and HubSpot, reporting progress and meeting deadlines
Use AI tools like Claude to work more efficiently
Attend team meetings and give regular progress updates
What We're Looking For

At least 2 years in graphic design, content creation, or digital marketing support (VA experience counts)
Proficiency in Canva: social graphics, carousels, banners, thumbnails, and presentations
Ability to follow brand guidelines and keep layouts consistent across many assets
Strong written English, including the ability to write a punchy headline and a clear About section
Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to summarise transcripts and draft copy, then editing so it sounds human
Basic video handling: uploading, organising, and making thumbnails for recorded calls
Working knowledge of Slack and HubSpot, and a platform like Captivation Hub or Go High Level, or a willingness to learn quickly
Highly organised, with clean file naming and folder structure
Nice to have
Experience building or managing an online course, membership, or community platform (Skool, Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, Circle)
Experience writing or optimising social media profiles or personal branding assets
Experience turning call recordings or transcripts into summaries, SOPs, or lesson notes
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
Candidates with a strong portfolio and relevant hands-on experience may be considered without a degree
Working style
Able to manage multiple workstreams (platform, client packs, design support) without dropping any
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication
Works well independently and with a remote team
Open to learning new tools, including AI
Our Values
Radical Transparency & Ownership: open, honest, and accountable
Constant Improvement: you spot ways to make things better and act on them
Over-Delivery: you go beyond the brief to ensure excellence
Courage: you give feedback and challenge ideas constructively
