Junior Digital Marketing Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Digital Marketing Assistant to help support and expand
our digital marketing initiatives.
This is an entry-level to intermediate position for someone who already has a basic
understanding of digital marketing and wants hands-on experience managing real campaigns
across multiple channels. You will work closely with the marketing lead to assist with campaign
setup, execution, monitoring, research, reporting, and general marketing administration.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable learning new software, and
genuinely interested in developing a long-term career in digital marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities may include:

? Assisting with the setup and management of email, SMS, social media, and paid
advertising campaigns
? Building and updating marketing campaigns, workflows, landing pages, forms, and
automations
? Uploading, organizing, segmenting, and maintaining lead and customer data
? Monitoring campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement
? Helping prepare basic campaign reports and performance summaries
? Conducting competitor, keyword, market, and industry research
? Supporting content creation, scheduling, and campaign coordination
? Performing quality assurance checks before campaigns are launched
? Updating websites, landing pages, CRM records, spreadsheets, and internal marketing
documents
? Assisting with SEO-related tasks, including keyword research and content optimization
? Managing general administrative tasks related to marketing projects
? Learning and adopting new tools, platforms, and marketing processes as the role
develops

Candidates do not need to be experts in every platform, but experience with any of the following

What We’re Looking For
? Some previous experience, coursework, freelance work, or personal projects related to
marketing
? A strong interest in digital marketing, advertising, automation, and brand development
? Excellent organization and attention to detail
? Strong written communication and research skills
? Ability to manage multiple assignments and follow established processes
? Comfortable working independently and asking questions when needed
? Willingness to learn new platforms and take on increasing responsibility
? Ability to analyze basic campaign data and make thoughtful recommendations
? Reliable, proactive, and able to meet deadlines

take ownership of recurring campaigns and projects. This role is ideal for someone who wants
exposure to several areas of digital marketing rather than being limited to one channel.

such as paid media, campaign strategy, marketing automation, SEO, lead generation, analytics,
and brand management.

Position Details

? Position: Junior Digital Marketing Assistant

? Location: On Site
? Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 6:00pm. Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. No
weekends.
