JOB OVERVIEW

Identity Alchemy Agency is a boutique creative agency that builds premium digital brands for coaches, speakers, consultants, and entrepreneurs. Our work includes brand strategy, web design, funnel development, and ongoing client support. We are a fully remote team that holds a high standard on every deliverable.
We are hiring a full-time Junior Designer & Developer to support our Lead Designer and Lead Developer across active client projects. Design is the primary focus. Development is the supporting side. You will not be managing full builds independently from day one, but you will have real task ownership, clear expectations, and direct feedback from an experienced team.
This role requires real, hands-on experience with Figma, WordPress plus Elementor, GoHighLevel, and Canva. If you have all four, read on.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
>> Creating Figma mockups and design prep assets to support the lead designer on active client projects
>> Designing Canva graphics and social media assets within client brand kits
>> Running design QA before pages go ---------- mobile responsiveness, brand alignment, and layout accuracy
>> Building and customizing pages in WordPress using Elementor from approved design files
>> Building and configuring pages, funnels, checkout flows, and automations in GoHighLevel (GHL)
>> Testing all development work before launch to confirm links, forms, and automations are functioning
>> Tracking assigned tasks in ClickUp and communicating progress and blockers in Slack
>> Following established SOPs and flagging process gaps with a proposed fix

WHO YOU ARE
>> You have a trained eye for premium, high-end design. You can identify and apply that standard without needing examples for every decision.
>> You have real hands-on experience with Figma, WordPress plus Elementor, GoHighLevel, and Canva. All four.
>> Your work is complete, accurate, and self-checked before you flag it for review.
>> You follow SOPs, ask specific questions, and resolve blockers before they become delays.
>> You communicate clearly and professionally in written English.
>> You apply design feedback on the next deliverable. You don't repeat the same errors.
>> You are available full-time and not splitting your attention across multiple clients.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
>> 1 or more years of experience in design, development, or a hybrid creative role
>> Near-native written and spoken English proficiency
>> Available full-time (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST
>> Hands-on experience with Figma, WordPress plus Elementor, GoHighLevel, and Canva. All four are required.
>> Demonstrated track record of working independently in a remote environment

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
>> $750 to $850 per month based on experience
>> Fully remote
>> Paid Bi-weekly: You will submit an invoice on the 1st and 15th of every month, which will be paid within 5 business days via wise
>> Performance-based salary reviews at 90 days and annually
>> Exposure to premium brand work across multiple industries

>> You do not yet have real experience with all four required platforms
