JOB OVERVIEW

I'm the founder of a growing Danish e-commerce company, and I'm looking for someone to own our customer experience.
You'll start by handling customer messages, solving problems, and making sure every customer feels taken care of. But here's the thing: I don't want you doing the same tasks manually forever.

Once you've learned the role, I'll personally teach you how to use AI tools to automate the repetitive parts of your job. The goal? You build yourself out of the boring stuff and into more valuable work.

In 6 months, you won't just be "doing support" - you'll be the person who built the system that handles it.

You'll start with:

Answering customer emails and messages across our brands
Solving order issues, returns, and questions
Coordinating with our logistics and operations team
Keeping our help desk organized and response times fast

Then you'll grow into:

Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automations) to handle repetitive inquiries automatically (we will learn you how)
Building templates, workflows, and systems that scale
Taking ownership of the full customer experience

You are:

Fluent in English, written and spoken. This is the only hard requirement.
Naturally helpful. You actually care about solving people's problems.
Proactive. "I fixed it" beats "what should I do?" every time.
Detail-oriented. You catch the small things others miss.
Curious about AI and automation, no experience needed, just genuine interest.

No experience required. Attitude is everything.
Some overlap with European daytime hours is needed, but we're flexible on exactly when.
