JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing Danish e-commerce brand behind KidsBuddy, a smartwatch for kids that gives children freedom without a smartphone and gives parents peace of mind. Our best-performing ads are made by real Danish parents and UGC creators, and we are building a creator community around that. We’re looking for someone to own it full-time - and we will teach you everything you need to know.

Who we are:
We are a small, fully remote team working closely together every day in Slack. We have a weekly team meeting where everyone joins, and despite the distance it genuinely feels like a team - people help each other, celebrate wins together, and nobody is left alone with a problem. Several of our team members are based in the Philippines and have been with us for a long time.

We have high expectations and we’re honest about that - but we match them with stable long-term work and a leader who invests time in helping you grow. If you do good work here, you will be seen, appreciated, and given more responsibility.

What you’ll own:

All our UGC creators and our creator program on Trybe
Bringing new creators in: outreach on Instagram and Trybe, and persuading them to join
Keeping them creating: motivating creators to make more videos and sharing new briefs and winning angles with them
Creative performance: learning which videos, hooks and angles perform in our ads, and turning that into better briefs and feedback
Reviewing submitted videos against the brief and giving clear, kind feedback
Investing extra time in our best creators so they stay with us
Building a real creator community: group chats, broadcasts, recognition and small rewards
Delivering approved content to our ads agency every day and keeping ClickUp, our tracker and your daily EOD report updated

Our paid influencer partnerships are handled by a colleague. Your focus is our UGC creators and our creator community.

Requirements:

No experience needed - we train you in everything. Experience with social media, influencers or UGC is a plus
You are naturally persuasive - you enjoy turning a “maybe” into a “yes” without being pushy
You are curious about why some videos perform and others don’t
You know Instagram inside out: DMs, stories, reels and how creators think
Excellent written English, and comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to write natural messages in Danish
You follow processes carefully and ask when something is unclear
Reliable internet and backup power

Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week. Your schedule is flexible, but at least 6 of your hours must fall between 8 AM and 5 PM Danish time, and you must be logged in no later than 9 AM Danish time every weekday. Denmark switches between summer and winter time, so in Philippine time that means logging in by 3 PM during Danish summer time (end of March to end of October) and by 4 PM during Danish winter time. If you are currently studying, your classes must not overlap with these hours.

Structure: The trial period is paid. You get full training on our creator program, Trybe and our creative process in your first weeks.

In your video introduction (see below), please also tell us about ONE time you convinced someone who first said no - in work, school or your personal life. What was holding them back, and what did you say? This is the most important part of your application.

HOW TO APPLY

Send your application as an email to: ----------

We do NOT read applications sent through the OnlineJobs message system. If you apply through OnlineJobs directly, your application will not be seen. The only way to be considered is to send your application to the email above.

Your email MUST include:

1. Subject line: The subject line of your email must contain the word UNICORN. Not in the body of the email, in the subject line. This tells us you’ve actually read the full job posting. Applications without UNICORN in the subject line will be archived and not opened.

2. A Google Drive link to your video introduction (2-3 minutes max). Introduce yourself in English. Tell us what you like to do when you’re not working. Then tell us why you’re excited about this role and why you believe you’re the right fit. This is how we evaluate your English and communication skills. Do NOT use a script. If we can tell you’re reading from a script, your application will be disqualified, and yes, we can tell. This must be a Google Drive link, not Loom or any other platform. It should also be the only link in your email.

3. Your Tony Robbins DISC profile attached as a PDF. Take it for free here: ---------- /disc. It must be the Tony Robbins assessment specifically. Attach the PDF directly to your email, do not share it as a link.

4. A screenshot of your typing speed attached to the email. Go to ---------- , complete one round of the English typing test, and attach a screenshot showing your WPM and accuracy.

5. If you have a resume, attach it as a PDF.

Applications that do not include all of the above will not be considered. Read carefully, because applications that miss any of these steps will be archived without review. It sounds hard and strict, but I promise we are a friendly team and you will love working with us :)
