As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Junior Amazon Coordinator who we can trust, upskill, and grow with the business.
About the role
This is an entry-to-mid level Amazon role with a strong focus on customer operations and account support, with a pathway into Amazon retail and troubleshooting over time. You’ll start by owning customer-facing tasks such as buyer messages, reviews, returns, and A-to-Z claims. As you build confidence and capability, you’ll be trained by our Retail team across Amazon Seller Central operations and problem-solving. This role is ideal for someone with at least 12 months of hands-on Seller Central experience who is reliable, organised, and eager to learn.
What you’ll be responsible for
• Monitoring Amazon accounts for customer messages and notifications and some other marketplaces.
• Responding to buyer messages in a professional and timely manner
• Managing returns, refunds, reviews and follow-ups
• Handling A-to-Z claims following internal processes
• Communicating clearly with the team and keeping tasks up to date
• Supporting the Retail team with basic account checks and admin
• Learning Amazon troubleshooting and store management over time
Who we’re looking for
• At least 12 months experience using Amazon Seller Central
• Strong customer service background (e-commerce preferred)
• Clear and professional written English
• Highly organised and comfortable following structured processes
• Reliable, consistent, and shows up every day
• Curious and motivated to learn new skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
